At present, China's leisure food industry has become one of the fast developing sunrise industries in the food industry. The state attaches great importance to and supports the development of leisure food industry. In the Opinions of the General Office of the State Council on Further Promoting the Development of Agricultural Product Processing Industry (Guo Ban Fa [2016] No. 93), it was clearly proposed to support the development of staple food, convenience food and leisure food in the suburbs of large and medium-sized cities. The No. 1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2017 clearly proposed to vigorously develop convenience food and snack food. With the improvement of people's living standards and the acceleration of the pace of life, the demand for nutritious, healthy, convenient, safe and diversified leisure food is increasingly high, and the development space of the industry is huge. In order to further promote the sustained steady and healthy development of the leisure food industry in China, constantly improve the technological innovation ability of industry, equipment manufacturing level and product competitiveness, government departments, industry structures, leisure food, circulation industry, academia, business, etc. The new policy, new technology, new equipment, new products, new patterns and new formats sharing platform, is scheduled for November 1-3, 2017 in "the 15th China international food processing and packaging machinery exhibition", during the same period at the fourth session of China's leisure food industry development peak BBS.
