Notice on postponing the joint Exhibition of Shanghai International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition 2020

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, the ProPak China & FoodPack China 2020 organizers have been keeping a close eye on the development of the epidemic. At present, China's epidemic prevention and control efforts have achieved initial success, ushering in a stable and better situation. However, the international epidemic is still in its outbreak stage and the situation is grim. China's epidemic prevention and control work has not yet finished, and the task of preventing imported cases from abroad and rebounding cases from within remains daunting.

According to the Notice on Further Prevention and Control of COVID-19 in Key Places, Key units and Key Populations issued by the State Council of China on 6 April 2020, the Joint Exhibition of Shanghai International Food Processing and Packaging Machinery Exhibition 2020, which was scheduled to be held on 22-24 June 2020, cannot be held as scheduled. The organizer has invested a lot of manpower material resources for June show, the preparations have been basically ready, but as a responsible international exhibition platform, we actively response to the Chinese government play the epidemic "battle", always put the exhibitors and visitors, suppliers and service personnel's safety and health in the first place. After much coordination and careful discussion, the organizers have decided to make the following change: ProPak China & FoodPack China 2020 will be postponed to 25-27 November 2020 at the same venue, the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Shanghai).
